Three posts in one day - I'm officially a blogstar. Here: the quick menu plan for this week.
Monday: Buppy and the kids are eating out due to Scouts; I'll have breakfast for dinner
Tuesday: Baked cod (marinated in a special seafood marinade/grilling sauce I was given as part of a gift), roasted broccoli and mushrooms, baked seasoned sweet potato chips
Wednesday: Taco salads loaded with veggies, topped with fresh salsa
Thursday: My night alone, and I've been craving tuna cakes
Friday: Shrimp pizza
Saturday: Heavy Seas Chili and Cheese Fest - super excited for this. Luckily we purchased tickets in advance because it's now sold out.
Sunday: Garden salads loaded with fresh veggies and topped with either grilled steak or chicken (that decision can be made later in the week . . .)
Maybe it's just me, but this menu sounds crazy tasty. Enjoy!
My kids would love all the sea food. I have allergies to fish and don't cook seafood enough for them. My true reason for the comment though is the jealousy of all that alone time you get this week. Enjoy!
