This week, I managed to get in 5 decent days of biking. This amounted to 9 hours, 34 minutes, and 165.40 miles. While my weight has held steady for the past 2 weeks, I haven't gained and feel much better than when I don't exercise.
So far for 2011, I've biked 43 hours, 41 minutes, and 727.86 miles. *pats self on back*
