Heathe Trim Update: The End of Week 3

Quick update on the Healthe Trim front. As of Sunday, 5/15, I've lost exactly 10 pounds (to the tenth of the pound even). I exercise daily (or at least 5 times a week), eat pretty much what I want, get full quickly and . . . here we are. It's odd, because the first week I lost 4.6 lbs. Then, by mid-2nd-week, I'd gained back 2 lbs. By the end of the 2nd week, I'd lost only 1 lb. overall. Then, at the end of the 3rd week (this past Sunday), I was down 10. Pretty happy about how that all worked out --- 10 lbs. in 3 weeks. Here's to keeping this pace!

HT Update - Week 1

Quick update here on the healthe trim front. I biked on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday this past week for 45 minutes to an hour each time. Took the healthe trim as directed, and it's true --- it makes a person feel full much faster than normal. Now I'm adjusting and trying to get used to taking less food in the first place and packing smaller lunches. I still eat the same foods I always have, just less of them, and I drink the same insane amount of water I always have. Easy-peasy.

I lost 4.6 pounds between Sunday morning last week and this morning. If I can keep this pace, or even lose 3 lbs. a week, my summer body is going to make me happy.

On to week 2 now. It's not hard, but wish me luck anyway!

Sunday marked the beginning of my venture with healthe trim. I've been biking like a mad woman since January and although I've lost some weight, I'm not where I want to be. It surprises me, but hopefully the biking and the addition of the pills helps shed a few pounds. Buppy's thinking about trying it too, but it'll be much harder for him. I already drink an insane amount of water, which is required, and he thinks water is the nectar of the devil. How that can be is beyond me, but so be it. He thought he could just continue to drink Propel, but it specifically states that beverages like that will negate the effects due to the artificial sweetener. I don't drink much other than water, so this shouldn't be hard. I think the hardest part for me is going to be making sure I eat something 2-3 hours after taking the first capsule in the morning. With an uber busy job, that's going to be easier said than done.

I weighed in today and am going to try to only weigh in once a week, but since the scale always calls my name before I hop in the shower every morning, I can't guarantee this'll work.

Maybe I can have that polka-dot bikini body for at least part of the summer! Well, technically I don't like polka-dots, but you get the idea . . .
