This past week was decent for biking, although I took Friday and Saturday off. From Jan. 16th through Jan. 22nd, I biked a total of 10 hours, equaling 168.81 miles. Not as high as the prior 2 weeks, but I'm alright with that.
Year-to-date, I've biked 34 hours and 7 minutes, equaling 563 miles total. Sweet!
