Gravlax

This is currently in my refrigerator. It's my first attempt at gravlax, which is cured salmon. The rub is a simple combination of salt, sugar and pepper topped with fresh chopped dill. By Thursday (possibly Wednesday night), I'll know if I'm successful in executing this dish. I'll post the recipe if it turns out as I hope. Wish me luck!
