Happy St. Patty's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day all! I know I've been a bit of a slacker here this past week or so, but the weekend in CT was amazing and a great time was had by all. I'll soon get back to some recipes, but for today, have a shot of Jameson, a pint o' Guinness and enjoy this awesome weather. Wish I was at the parade in NYC!
