Making Decisions

This week, I found a job I anticipated enjoying. Interviewed one day, started the next. Now? I'm not 100% sure I made a great decision by accepting. Without going into major detail, the person I depend on most in my position has been with the company over 35 years and is not changing the way she does things. If things worked as she did them, I'd be all for "no change", too. However, they don't. Day 2 is under my belt and I'm already completely frustrated by the vast majority of those I now call coworkers. Wish me luck.
